Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at syedfakharhussain734@gmail.com before sending any item.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We will provide the return instructions and return address after approving the request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed personal-care items cannot be returned after opening. Custom-made or personalised items, gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned, except where applicable law gives you additional rights.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will tell you whether the refund has been accepted. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee for defective goods.
