We currently offer free Standard shipping to Belgium and France.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–18 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and weekends, public holidays, carrier disruption or unusually high demand can cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take several days to appear after dispatch.
Delivery information
Please check your name, delivery address and postal code before completing checkout. Contact us as quickly as possible if anything is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing.
Missing or delayed parcels
